The Cooper is a round braided jute rug finished with a bold dark border, a graphic edge that turns a natural fibre into a real statement. The braid gives it concentric texture and body, while the dark ring frames it cleanly under a round dining table or in the centre of a room. 100% natural jute, handcrafted in Kerala by a family workshop with over forty years at the loom. Handmade, so the braid and border carry small, honest variations across every rug.

Like all natural fiber rugs, some initial shedding is normal and will settle over time. If a strand pops out, twist and push it back through to the base; never pull it. You may also notice a fine layer of dust beneath the rug in the first few weeks. A natural odor from dyes and fibers may be present when first unpackaged. This is completely normal and will dissipate once the rug is aired out.
