We ship free to the 48 contiguous states. Every rug is handwoven in Kerala and dispatched from our warehouse in Los Angeles or office. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the United States.
- Mats and runners: parcel carrier, arrives in 4–7 business days.
- 5'×8' and 8'×10': parcel carrier, arrives in 4–7 business days.
- 9'×12' and 10'×14': freight with a delivery appointment, arrives in 6–14 business days.
Orders leave our warehouse within 3 business days. The times above are transit after dispatch. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your rug is on its way.
A note on large rugs. A 9'×12' or 10'×14' travels rolled and is too long for a standard parcel van, so it comes by freight. The carrier will call to arrange a delivery window rather than leaving it unattended. Delivery is curbside, and the driver won't carry it inside, so please have someone on hand. A rolled 9'×12' weighs about 73 lb and a 10'×14' about 95 lb.
If we're running late. Handwoven stock and freight schedules occasionally slip. If your order won't leave within the time above, we'll email you before that date with a revised one, and you can accept it or cancel for a full refund, whichever you prefer. If we can't give you a firm date, or the delay runs beyond 30 days, we'll cancel and refund you automatically unless you tell us you'd rather wait.
Risk in transit. Your rug is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it's lost or damaged on the way, that's ours to fix. On a return, the same applies once you've handed the parcel to the carrier or our collection has picked it up. Use the prepaid label we send and you're covered.
