Shipping, Dispatch and Delivery
North Avalon is committed to ensuring the cheapest, fastest and safest delivery of your new purchase.
Shipping terms:
Free domestic shipping within the United States. (Excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping quotes will be available at checkout before payment).
- Orders are sent via a curbside service.
- If you are not available to receive your delivery it may be left at your door.
- Tracking will be available via shipping confirmation
- No international orders will be fulfilled or serviced at this time
Dispatch:
Items are dispatched within 3 business days after your order. You will receive an email from info@northavalon.com with the status / tracking details of your order
Delivery:
Delivery times for most US cities are usually between 4-10 business days. Larger size items may take a little longer and we would happy to answer any questions regarding concerns you have with shipping. info@northavalon.com
In the unfortunate event your product arrives damaged please contact info@northavalon.com within 24 hours of delivery and provide the following:
- A photo of the damaged package / product
- A photo of the shipping label.
You will receive a response within 3-5 days of receiving your claim.
Please note North Avalon cannot accept responsibility for any loss or theft of your delivery. We hope you can track it down and that it turns up.
