The Jones makes a graphic statement in natural fiber. Natural stripes create a high-contrast line against the bold, graphite background of dense loops of a chunky bouclé. It's 100% natural jute, handmade in Kerala, around half an inch thick with real heft underfoot. At area size it anchors a living or dining room while giving the floor a strong point of view. Handcrafted by a family workshop with over forty years at the loom, so the stripe and tone carry small, honest variations from one rug to the next.

What to expect +
Like all natural fiber rugs, some initial shedding is normal and will settle over time. If a strand pops out, twist and push it back through to the base; never pull it. You may also notice a fine layer of dust beneath the rug in the first few weeks. A natural odor from dyes and fibers may be present when first unpackaged. This is completely normal and will dissipate once the rug is aired out.
